Secession?!

  The "50,000 Watt Front Porch" was stacked to the rafters with hot topics this morning...ranging from red light runner cameras, to amnesty for illegal aliens, to voter fraud, and the Petraeus scandal.... but nothing lit up the phones like talk of Florida seceding from the union!

   As promised, here's the link to the web site that has, among other things, petitions in Florida and some two dozen other states that call for secession in the wake of Barack Obama's re-election.

   At last check, the Florida secession petition had collected more than 18,000 signatures in just three days!

  Obviously, with the divided electorate, there's no way to get a consensus in favor of secession, in Florida or any other state. But the mere fact we see all these petitions appearing, which we've never seen before after an election, is a pretty good guage of how angry and fearful many Americans are over Obama getting another four years, and the direction he is taking our country!
