It was high drama on the high wire with no net Tuesday, as daredevil Nik Wallenda walked 600 feet on a cable suspended 200 feet in the air in his hometown of Sarasota. Only a conservative would willingly take a risk like that to achieve a personal goal. A liberal would insist on a net, just like they embrace government assistance and safety nets that stifle individual initiative.
