The Budman's Mixed Emotions

   I found myself on an emotional rollercoaster during all three hours of this morning's show. Here are some of my emotions and what triggered them:

Sadness - This is the 10th anniversary of the Columbia disaster that claimed all seven members of the crew.

Anguish - Rick Scott's proposed new budget, calling for record high spending. What ever happened to the Rick Scott who came into office promising to show America how to downsize government and reign in spending?

Disgust - Chuck Hagel's pathetic performance during the first day of his confirmation hearings for Secretary of Defense. I've never seen a Cabinet nominee who's wrong on so many issues, and who came across as a bulmbling idiot to boot! Check out the video below and see if you can come up with a single reason why Hagel should be confirmed. I cannot.
