PA Voter Claims Machine 'Altered' Vote

A voter in Pennsylvania has uploaded a video to YouTube showing what appears to be a calibration issue on an electronic voting machine. The description along with the video reads 'During the 2012 elections, on the morning of November 6th, I filmed this. While selecting Obama, Romney's name is chosen.'
